40th anniversary reissue of the "Zoolook" album by French electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre. Originally released in November 1984, "Zoolook" was groundbreaking for it's use of the Fairlight CMI, one of the earliest digital sampling synthesizers. This allowed Jarre to manipulate vocal sounds from 25 different languages. This new reissue features newly remastered audio along with the bonus track "Moon Machine", a dark and experimental electronic piece using synthesizers to create abstract sounds.
